1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our home maintenance services:

Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address
Location Data: We access your device location (GPS) to determine your service address, show nearby services, and dispatch technicians to your location
Payment Information: Payment method details for processing service payments
Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version for technical support

2. Location Data

Our app accesses your location for the following purposes:

To allow you to set your service address on the map when booking
To calculate service availability in your area
To enable technicians to navigate to your location
To provide accurate service coverage information

We only access your location when the app is in use (foreground). We do not track your location in the background. Location permissions can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve our maintenance services
To process bookings and payments
To communicate service updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications
To provide customer support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

Assigned technicians (your name, address, and service details)
Payment processors (for transaction processing)
SMS/messaging services (for OTP and notifications)

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep: invoices, payment and VAT records for 5 years as required by UAE law, and booking and service records for 12 months after your last service for warranty claims, disputes and fraud prevention. Backup copies are removed within 90 days.

7. Deleting Your Account and Data

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, in the app (Profile → Delete account) or without the app by WhatsApp, email or phone. Full steps, what we delete and what we keep are on our Account and data deletion page.

8. Your Rights
