Delete your Power Fix account and data
You can ask us to delete your Power Fix account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You do not need the app installed to do this. Use either option below.
Option 1: In the app
- Open the Power Fix app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap Request account deletion and send the request.
Option 2: Without the app
Send us a deletion request from the phone number or email address registered on your account:
Include your registered phone number and write "Delete my account". To protect your account we confirm every request with the registered phone number or email before deleting anything. We will never ask for your password or card details.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request within 3 working days.
- We verify that the request comes from the account holder.
- We delete your account and personal data within 30 days of verification and tell you when it is done. Your account cannot be restored after that.
Before you delete: if you have an open booking, an unpaid invoice, a wallet balance or an active maintenance plan (AMC), mention it in your request so we can settle it first.
What we delete
- Account and profile: name, phone number, email address, profile photo, login details and trusted devices.
- Location data: saved addresses, map pins and any location shared for your bookings.
- Your content: photos, notes and chat messages you sent, reviews you wrote and property listings you posted.
- Device and app data: push notification tokens, app settings and marketing preferences.
- Rewards: referral codes, offers and loyalty points.
What we keep, and for how long

Retained records are kept securely, used only for the purpose shown and are not used for marketing. We never store your full card details: card payments are handled by our payment providers under their own retention rules, and we ask them to delete your data where the law allows.
Delete some data without closing your account
You can also ask us to delete specific data only, for example saved addresses, photos or chat history, while keeping your account. Use the same WhatsApp, email or phone options above.
Technicians and company staff
If you use Power Fix as a technician or staff member of a service company, your work account is managed by your company. Ask your company administrator, or contact us, and we will delete your personal data in the same way, keeping only records the company must retain by law.
